So yes, love blossomed and Clyde found his ‘Bonnie’ in Johannesburg, so a happy ending to our adventures…

As for me, I fell in love with Africa, with its vastness, it’s beauty, it’s peace and tranquility and its animals; most especially the 18 elephants at Knysna, Harrys herd: Harry, Gambo, MPho, Lundi, Kito, Ntombi, Tosha, Tembi & Namib
The Batchelor Herd – Shaka & Clyde, and Those special 7 elephants who I spent the most time with; Sally, Nandi, Thandi, Thato, Mashudu, Shungu and Keisha
You will always be in my thoughts and in my heart….I hope to come back and see you all one day!

So it’s time to finish my blog and say goodbye.
Thank you to all of you who have joined me in my adventures by following my first attempt at a blog; It’s been great having you along and Β I truly am astounded at how many people have followed it – I hope you enjoyed the blog, and that I have inspired some of you to follow your dreams and do something amazing!
There’s certainly more adventures to be had… Watch this space!!
And now for the final joke!!
I know you’ve heard it before, but it’s the most apt one!
Q. How can you tell that elephants are always ready for an adventure?
A. Theyβve always got their trunks ready to go.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful photos and commentary you’ve given us over the past few weeks, I’ve enjoyed the Elly jokes as well ππππΌ hope to see you soon xx
